HMSA’s 65C Plus (Cost) offers three health plan options so you can spend more time enjoying the things you love and less time worrying about your health care.

  • Saver Option - Provides you with protection against unexpected illness or injury.
  • Basic Option - Added coverage for essential health care services.
  • High Option - Comprehensive coverage that provides additional inpatient hospital days and worldwide coverage for emergencies and urgent services.

Each health plan option provides coverage for the following Medicare-approved services:

Current 65C Plus (Cost) members with questions about their plan may contact Customer Service from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

65C Plus (Cost) has a contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the government agency that runs the Medicare program. This contract renews each year. At the end of each year, the contract is reviewed, and either 65C Plus (Cost) or CMS can decide to end it. It is possible for our contract to end at some other time during the year, too.
