Access your Report to Member online

In an effort to reduce administrative costs and foster green practices, HMSA members will no longer receive paper copies of their Report to Member (RTM) for medical and vision claims beginning August 2010. 

RTMs are available online in the Claims section of My Account on hmsa.com. 

If you would like to receive your RTM for medical and vision claims in the mail, please call HMSA Customer Service with your request. 

Paper copies of the RTM will continue to be mailed to you if: 

  • There is a denial of service. The RTM will list all claims processed during the same time period as the denied service.
  • A claim is filed for services from a nonparticipating provider.  
  • You are a 65C Plus, Senior Connection, QUEST, or Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan member.
  • You specifically request your RTMs be mailed to you.

Drug and dental claim information are also available through My Account. Once you log in to My Account, click on the View Claims link on the right of the home page, then click View Dental Claims or View Drug Claims on the right.
